I think Nars was my second high end foundation that I invested on …..it was like my dream to own a nars foundation and when I finally could afford it its kind of a disappointment for me….🥹 Don’t hate me 🥹but i like none of their complexion products…… Firstly i wanna talk about the shade range I am light skin with yellow undertone or u can say olive underdone…asian skin tone and most of the nars foundation goes peachy and warm on me…..I thought Fiji will match me but that also is abit peachy for true yellow skin tone people and punjab seems darker for me and Gobi has the right undertone but too light for my skintone…..it scksss….. Now lets talk about the foundations : 1.Nars Light Reflecting Foundation: Its basically a serum foundation and i realise that for oily skin people ,Serum foundation is a big no no no for me and we should stop believing watever the influencers says i fell for it….its too pricey and it doesn’t even last long on a skin ….it might work for dry skin but definitely not for oily skin ….n it looks like everyday wear foundation and i dont think we should spend more than 30$ for an everyday looking foundation that melts after 2 hour wear….try maybelline skintint or loreal skin-tint
2. Nars soft matte foundation🥹: I thought this was made for oily skin but i was wrong i tried everything to make it work but it just doesn’t last long on my skin and it sits very badly on skin and emphasise my skin texture and looks cakey after 3 hours if u have large pores , super duper oily skin with dry patch and texture skin ….this is not ur bestfriend…..trust me i badly wanted to love it bcos its the cheapest one in Nars foundation collection plus it has 35ml…..and travel friendly packaging….but both the packaging is nasty and dirty it spills all over .
I haven’t tried the nars radiant foundation bcos i know that will be worst for oily skin ….please let me know your experience on Nars foundation , did it work for u ? And if it did ? How did u make it work and ur routine please comment down below….🥹
