We’re a fine jewelry boutique in Hong Kong / Singapore with over 25 years of experience in the realms of jewelry and diamonds. In 2024, we embarked on our own venture on Reddit, focusing primarily on fine diamond and precious gems jewelries, with the steadfast mission of offering gorgeous natural / lab grown fine jewelries at reasonable prices.

How to Get Started:

• Dedicated Gemologist: First things first, you’ll be assigned a dedicated jewelry gemologist who will guide you through the entire process. They will be available via WhatsApp, text, or call to answer any questions and provide support.

• Our Expertise: All of our team members are graduates from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). They are either a Diamond Graduate (DG) or Applied Jewelry Professionals (AJP), ensuring you receive expert advice and guidance.

• Discussion: During the consultation, we’ll discuss your ideas, preferences, and budget. This is your opportunity to share any inspiration, whether it’s a specific design, a particular gemstone, or a metal preference (please note that we currently only accept orders on 18k Gold or Platinum).

How We Select Your Diamonds:

• Curated Selection: Our gemologists will hand-select a few options that match your criteria and budget for you to choose from. This ensures you have the best options available based on your preferences and budget.

• Review and Selection: You will review the selected gemstones with the help of your dedicated gemologist, who will provide detailed information on each option.

• Approval: Once you have made your choice, we will proceed to the design phase.

What to Expect:

• A curated selection of high-quality gemstones / diamonds that are sourced from Our global network

• Expert advice from GIA to help you make an informed decision.

How We Create Your Design:

• Payment Terms: For orders below $8,000, we currently necessitate a full payment to reduce transaction cost. For orders above $8,000, we can arrange a 50/50 arrangement, where a 50% deposit will initiate the CAD rendering process. This ensures we can dedicate the necessary resources to your custom design.

• Sketches and Renders: Our designers will turn your ideas into detailed CAD renders, providing a visual representation of your piece.

• Material Selection: Choose your embellishments, such as colored gemstones or diamonds, and your preferred metal, whether it’s white gold, yellow gold, platinum.

• Feedback Loop: Review the design and provide any feedback. We’ll make adjustments until you’re completely satisfied.

What to Expect:

• A clear and accurate visualization of your custom piece.

• A final design for your approval.

How to Confirm Your Order:

• Final Confirmation: Once the design is approved, the payment will confirm the order.

• Non-Cancellation Policy: Once the payment is made, the order cannot be canceled.

• Final Payment: For orders above $8,000, the remaining 50% balance will be due when your piece is ready for delivery.

How We Perfect Your Jewelry:

• Crafting: Your jewelry goes through meticulous detailing with gemstones and metals.

• Polishing and Cleaning: After casting, each piece is sanded, polished, and cleaned to perfection.

• Stone Setting: The final step involves setting the gemstones securely and ensuring every detail is flawless.

Timeline

• Time: Normally jewelry making will take from 3-4 weeks to complete (subjected to Chinese holidays)

• Expedited services available upon request for additional $200

How to Receive Your Jewelry:

• International Priority Delivery: We offer a worry-free secure shipping to your desired location.

Shipping Security

• – High-Value Items (Above $10,000):

  • For items valued above $10,000, we use Brinks or Malca Amit door-to-door services for secure shipping. These services are renowned for their security and reliability in transporting valuable goods, especially in the high jewellery world, they are entrusted by many auction houses around the world.

• – Items Below $10,000:

  • For items valued below $10,000, we use FedEx with declared value insurance, amount specified by our client. This ensures that your package is covered during transit, offering a balance of security and cost-effectiveness.

  • We also offer Brinks / Malca Amit door to door services for order below $10,000 upon request (surcharges applied)

• Real-Time Tracking: Both Brinks and Malca Amit offer real-time tracking so you can monitor the status of your shipment at any time.

• Insurance Coverage: Comprehensive insurance is included to protect your valuable items during transit.
